The monthly Brownbag Meeting is the ECDF event for networking, brainstorming, matching, and eating. All professors, associate members, and research assistants of the ECDF are invited to the meeting and to present their work. On May 4, 2026, Helena Mihaljević will give a talk entitled “Data Science for online and social media discourses“ as part of the Brownbag Meeting. The second presentation will be given by Elisabeth Steffen and is entitled "Ctrl-Alt-F-Resist. Civil society perspectives on AI-assisted analysis of harmful online content".
